Thrivify empowers businesses to build positive work culture and increase retention through continuous AI-driven engagement and motivation, making workplace improvement measurable and actionable.
MicrocosmWorks integrated OpenAI API and Amazon Bedrock to power Thrivify's personalization engine. The system analyzes each employee's engagement history, role, team dynamics, and wellness goals to generate contextually relevant daily challenges. AI-driven insights adapt challenge difficulty and topic selection over time, ensuring engagement increases as the system learns individual preferences and team patterns.
MicrocosmWorks built Thrivify on AWS Amplify for the React frontend and Amazon ECS for the NestJS backend, providing auto-scaling serverless infrastructure. The architecture handles spikes in engagement during peak hours like morning challenge distribution without manual intervention. MySQL handles transactional data while the serverless design keeps infrastructure costs proportional to actual usage.
Yes, MicrocosmWorks built Thrivify's gamification engine to be fully configurable by company administrators. Organizations can create custom challenge categories, define their own reward tiers and point values, set team competition rules, and brand the interactive feed with company identity. The analytics dashboard shows engagement metrics by department, team, and individual so HR leaders can measure program effectiveness.
MicrocosmWorks developed Thrivify's interactive feed as a real-time social experience where employees see challenge completions, peer recognitions, leaderboard updates, and AI-generated insights. The feed supports reactions, comments, and team celebrations with push notifications for new activity. Feed algorithms prioritize content relevance based on the employee's team, department, and engagement patterns.
MicrocosmWorks built Thrivify.ai from scratch using NestJS for the backend and React for the frontend, with OAuth authentication and GitHub Actions CI/CD. The initial platform was delivered in approximately 12-16 weeks, with ongoing feature expansion including the AI engagement engine, analytics dashboard, and professional growth tracking. Development rates at MicrocosmWorks for similar AI-powered SaaS platforms range from $20-$40/hr.
