What features does a health platform admin dashboard need beyond basic CRUD operations?

MicrocosmWorks built the admin dashboard with role-based content workflows including draft, review, and publish states with editorial approval chains, content scheduling for timed releases, and audience segmentation tools that control which user groups see specific content. The dashboard also includes content performance analytics showing engagement metrics per article, program enrollment rates, and user feedback aggregation, giving content managers data-driven insights for planning future content.

How does the content management system handle multimedia health content like videos, audio guides, and interactive assessments?

MicrocosmWorks built a flexible content block system where editors compose articles and programs using a library of content blocks including rich text, embedded video with progress tracking, audio players for guided meditations, interactive questionnaires, and infographic carousels. Each block type has its own configuration options and preview capabilities within the admin interface, and the system automatically optimizes media assets for different device sizes and bandwidth conditions.

Can the admin dashboard manage multiple localized versions of health content for different regions?

Yes, MicrocosmWorks implemented a localization workflow where each content item supports multiple language versions with independent editorial lifecycles, and the admin interface shows translation completeness status across all supported languages at a glance. The system includes a side-by-side editing view where translators can see the original content alongside their translation, and flagging mechanisms that notify translators when source content is updated and translations need revision.

How does the admin system handle content versioning and rollback for compliance purposes?

MicrocosmWorks built a complete version history system that stores every published version of each content item with the editor's identity, timestamp, and change summary, allowing administrators to view, compare, and rollback to any previous version with one click. This audit trail satisfies regulatory requirements for health-related content platforms where published information must be traceable, and the system retains version history indefinitely even after content is archived or deleted.

What does it cost to build a custom admin dashboard and CMS for a health platform?

MicrocosmWorks builds custom admin dashboards and content management systems at rates of $20-$40/hr, with a full-featured health platform CMS including content workflows, multimedia support, analytics, and role management typically delivered in 2-3 months. Building a custom CMS is more cost-effective than licensing enterprise headless CMS platforms for health content because it avoids per-seat pricing and allows implementing health-specific features like clinical review workflows and compliance audit trails natively.
