Our Contribution
We designed and built Catant end-to-end — web portal, mobile app, backend API, and Kickly integration covering 13 HR modules with role-based access control throughout.
Web Portal
▸ Dashboard: Pending approvals, today's attendance, announcements, upcoming holidays — role-aware view.
▸ Employee Management: Full profiles: personal info, work info, bank details, documents. Org setup: companies, departments, job positions. Bulk import/export. RBAC + user groups + visibility rules.
▸ Attendance: Clock-in/out (web + mobile), geo-fencing, face verification, attendance requests, work records, monthly export. Location controls and home-location management.
▸ Leave Management: Leave types, balances, holiday calendars, leave requests, compensatory leave, reset rules.
▸ Work Logs (Kickly Integration): Live work-hour feed from Kickly per employee. Daily/weekly/monthly views, task-level hours grouped by epic and project, 10-minute recording blocks with activity grades, screen recording playback, CSV export.
▸ Recruitment: Job openings, recruitment dashboard, candidate management, configurable pipeline stages, skill zones, interviews, surveys, candidate self-tracking portal.
